Terms of Service
These terms describe permitted use of Yusuf Social Postiz, a personal social media dashboard operated by Yusuf Suhair.
Access and purpose
The application is for private use with the operator’s authorized social accounts. It is not a public service, paid subscription or invitation to create an account. Anyone expressly authorized to use the dashboard must read these terms and the Privacy Policy before use.
Accounts and permissions
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Keep dashboard credentials secure and review the permissions shown by each platform. You may disconnect accounts or revoke access through the platform’s settings. Do not attempt to access another person’s data or bypass access controls.
Content and actions
You remain responsible for uploaded content, captions, schedules and publishing choices, including copyright, music rights, privacy and any required disclosures. Only submit content you have the necessary rights to use. Review the destination account and audience before scheduling or publishing. The operator claims no ownership of your content; processing and transmission are limited to operating the requested features.
Platform terms
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Instagram and TikTok features are also subject to their respective platform terms and policies. Do not use this application for spam, harassment, unlawful activity or evasion of platform limits.
Availability and limitations
This self-hosted tool is provided as available. Scheduling, uploads, analytics and account connections depend on hosting, platform APIs and permissions. Delivery times and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. TikTok is currently in testing; these pages do not represent TikTok approval. Check publishing results on the destination platform and keep your own copies of important media.
Ending access and changes
The operator may restrict or end access, disable integrations or discontinue this private installation. Revoking access does not remove content already published on a social platform. Contact the operator for local data deletion. Material changes to the service or these terms will be reflected in an updated version here.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or assume responsibility for platform outages, failed scheduled posts or third-party service changes. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
